Limited Nama Genshu “Shikomi” Series

We offer "freshly squeezed" seasonal sake with a unique aroma and flavor.
This is an unpasteurized, undiluted sake that no heat added during the production, nor water added after production which allows you to enjoy the flavor as it is squeezed.
(The production may be suspended depending on the timing of brewing and the quality of the finished product.)
