Hamafukutsuru Homemade Amazake (Non-alcohol)

A sugar-free, alcohol-free koji amazake made by Sake brewery in Nada, Hyogo in Japan. Since this is an alcohol-free drink, all ages including children can enjoy.
The fermentation of rice malt generates vitamins, and the fermentation of koji mold converts rice starch into glucose and oligosaccharides, resulting in natural sweetness.
Amazake is sometimes called as a “drinkable beauty essence” as it holds so much nutrients in it.

【How to Drink】
・It can be served chilled or warmed.
・It is also recommended to put some amazake into cocoa,
soy milk, or vegetable potage.
